Check-in was a hassle with conflicting information about early entry times. Room cleanliness was an issue. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and hairs were found on the sheets. Air conditioning failed to warm the room adequately, leaving it uncomfortable during winter nights.

Stunning views, but some hiccups
Waking up to the breathtaking view of Tokyo Skytree from my room's window was a highlight. The tranquil walk along the Sumida River added to the charm of my stay.
While the self-service check-in was convenient, the absence of staff on-site made it challenging, especially during late hours or when technical issues arose.

Very nice and quiet location, walking distance to the Senso-ji temple. Amazing view of the Skytree and river. The room had a separate shower and bathtub. A washing machine and kitchen. Self-check-in was easy with a little help.

Our stay was really enjoyable. the view of the Tokyo Skytree from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We spent five nights here, exploring the nearby Senso-ji temple, which was just a short walk away. The kitchen in our room was super convenient for preparing snacks, and having a washing machine made things even better after our long days out. The area was peaceful, and having a convenience store right across the street was a nice addition for late-night snacks.

Great location near the iconic Senso-ji temple.
I encountered several issues during my stay. Upon check-in, I was confused by the self-service system and frustrated by the lack of staff assistance. Additionally, having to check out at 10 am and return later for check-in at 4 pm without any luggage storage options was quite inconvenient.

The location offers easy access to attractions and is within walking distance of shops and stations. The room was efficiently designed, making optimal use of space, and it featured convenient amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchenette. However, the check-in process posed some issues, and cleanliness was inconsistent, with minor maintenance lapses observed. Additionally, toiletries were occasionally insufficient, detracting slightly from the overall experience.
